Features
About
Norca sits on the second floor of Le Germain Hotel Ottawa — the name means "NORthern cuisine, CAnadian ingredients." Chef James Bratsberg runs a farm-to-table program with house-made fermentations (miso, kimchi, charcuterie), natural wines, and a tight cocktail list. Elegant but not formal, it works equally well for a bar-only visit or a full dinner.
What to Order
- House Charcuterie Board — miso, kimchi, and fermentation showcase
- Hanger Steak — with seasonal accompaniments
- Pan-Seared Cod — Canadian seasonal fish
- Beet Salad — signature starter
- Natural Wine — rotating by-the-glass selection
