About

Billings Estate National Historic Site is Ottawa's oldest wooden mansion (19th century), and from May to August the lawn becomes the city's most historic — and cheapest — afternoon tea. Victorian-costumed servers bring out a 3-tiered tea service with finger sandwiches, scones with butter and jam, and assorted desserts. Museum admission is included.
