About Atelier
Atelier is an award-winning tasting menu restaurant on Rochester Street in Ottawa, led by Chef Marc Lepine. The intimate, minimalist space is dedicated entirely to a single format: the "Zyre" — a 7-course culinary journey that blurs the line between cuisine and art.
Chef Marc Lepine is a two-time Canadian Culinary Championship gold medalist and was named "Canada's Most Innovative Chef" in 2018. Atelier has been named to Canada's 100 Best Restaurants list ten times between 2015 and 2025.
The Experience
The Zyre tasting menu is priced at $250 per person and unfolds over approximately three hours. Each of the seven courses is an exploration of flavour, form, and technique, incorporating molecular gastronomy methods such as liquid nitrogen preparation and a signature balloon dessert.
An optional wine pairing is available to complement the menu. The experience is designed to be immersive, with each course presented as a distinct expression of creativity and design.
