BFF is what happens when someone takes the smash burger seriously. Located on Bank Street in Centretown, they hand-form their patties and smash them on a hot griddle to order. The fries are hand-cut and double-fried. The sauces are made in small batches in-house. Nothing is an afterthought.
The Burgers
Every burger is smashed fresh to order:
- The American — Caramelized onions, ketchup, mustard, pickles, cheddar cheese.
- Aloo Tikki — Spiced potato patty, mint, red onion, tomato, cilantro lime mayo.
