Join us at the National Arts Centre to mark Menstrual Health Day, a global movement dedicated to breaking taboos, raising awareness, and advancing equity in menstrual health.
This welcoming, community‑based event brings together local organizations, artists, and advocates in a space for dialogue, learning, and creative exchange. Through a creative market presented by Luck and Lavender and opportunities to connect with community partners, visitors are invited to explore menstrual health through the lens of dignity, accessibility, and social inclusion.
By recognizing Menstrual Health Day, the NAC highlights the essential role that arts, culture, and community play in strengthening collective understanding and fostering meaningful change. Open to everyone, the event encourages respectful conversation while celebrating creativity, resilience, and collective action.
Meet the following organizations: The Period Pin, Planned Parenthood Ottawa, The Period Purse, Hello Period Equity and many more.
Vendors participating in the market will be announced shortly.
