Stolen Goods on Sparks Street was named Ottawa's best bar by 10BestBars.ca in 2025. The approach is low-waste and unconventional — think sawma-flavoured gimlets, chamomile Ramos gin fizzes, and rhubarb negronis. Chef Adam Ghor pairs cocktails with small plates (oysters, beef tartare, scallops).
