About
POA Tiki Bar (pronounced "Pōā" — Hawaiian for pirate) is Ottawa's only dedicated tiki bar. The space combines tropical Hawaiian décor with pirate-themed styling and a curated collection of vintage tiki mugs. The cocktail program leans heavily visual: drinks come with fire garnishes, some are served in bongs, and most look as good as they taste.
The programming rotates through live performances, DJ sets, and regular burlesque shows — a very different energy from the typical ByWard Market nightclub nearby.
