About Nagi Sushi
Nagi Sushi opened in March 2024 and quickly earned acclaim. Chef and owner Moriyuki Hiroha spent over 30 years at C'est Japon à Suisha, one of Ottawa's most respected Japanese restaurants. When he opened his own place in Orléans, regulars followed.
The sushi is traditional — clean cuts, fresh fish, no gimmicks. If you want sushi made by someone with three decades of practice, this is it.
