My Gym is a children's fitness centre built for kids from 6 weeks old all the way up to 10 years, with classes and open play structured around physical development — climbing, balance beams, trampolines, parachutes, and music-based movement games. The Ottawa location is in Barrhaven.
It's one of the few places in Ottawa that can host a birthday party for a one-year-old — the equipment is sized for the smallest kids, and the instructors know how to run a structured party for that age range.
Birthday Parties
My Gym runs private birthday parties with instructor-led games, music, gymnastics activities, and themed decor. Food, paper goods, and party favours can all be customized. Themed parties are available for an extra fee. A deposit is required to book.
