Liuyishou is a Chongqing-based hot pot chain founded in 2000, with over 22 locations across North America. The Ottawa branch on Merivale Road serves traditional Sichuan-style hot pot with a focus on spicy Chongqing flavours. The menu is à la carte rather than all-you-can-eat, with premium cuts of lamb, short rib, tripe, and a wide range of vegetables and noodles.
