Hummingbird Hall is a new licensed live music venue inside the Nepean School of Music in Barrhaven. It opened in 2024 on the lower level of the school — a purpose-built listening room rather than a bar that happens to have a stage. The broader facility, Hummingbird Music, also houses Pebble Studios and Boulder Records, making the Greenbank Road location one of the south end's most serious music compounds.
The School of Music has 500+ students attending weekly, so the venue benefits from a built-in community of musicians and teachers.
