The traditional sugar-shack meal lineup (per the official menu) includes soupe aux pois, fèves au lard, omelette, crêpes, saucisses au lard, jambon à l'érable, oreilles de crisse, pommes de terre rôties, sirop d'érable, marinades, tarte au sucre, and tire d'érable.
A "Ma Cabane à la Maison" take-out option is also available Wednesday to Sunday, 10am to 5pm — the cabane meal cold and ready to reheat at home. The on-site boutique is open daily 10am–4pm during season for maple products.
