Join us for a grand celebration of the Francophonie as we mark both Franco-Ontarian Day and the 25th anniversary of the 2001 Games of La Francophonie.
Created in partnership between MIFO and the Fonds commémoratif des IVes Jeux de la Francophonie (IV Games of La Francophonie Memorial Fund), this event will kick off with a festive community gathering featuring entertainment, a flag-raising ceremony, speeches and booths. The evening will conclude with a special show featuring artists whose careers were marked by the memorial fund. An opportunity to celebrate our pride, our culture and the Francophone legacy that continues to thrive today.
Featuring Mélissa Ouimet, Yao, Sébastien Leroux, Bruny Surin, the choir from Rockland’s École secondaire catholique L’Escale and many more! Hosted by Michel Picard.
This grand celebration will showcase a diverse, dynamic and forward-looking Francophone community through music, personal stories and encounters.
