Biography – Jesse Kahat
Jesse Kahat: (she/her) Jesse is an actor, director, choreographer, dance instructor, and music teacher. She has a BA in Theatre Directing from the University of Northern Colorado and an MA in Business Communications. She has been teaching Ballroom dance since 2005 and has been a music instructor since 2011. She has been taking part in the performing arts her entire life and is active in the National Capital Region's community theatre scene as a performer, director, choreographer, stage manager, and board member. She has been running the Toddler Tuesdays program since it began in 2017 and has loved interacting with all of the families that have joined her throughout the years. Her passion is strengthening the family bond by helping parents and caregivers explore the performing arts with their children in a relaxed and fun environment.
