Join us at the Bytown Museum on Thursday, May 28th for a special edition of Sketchy Thursdays.
Start the evening with an exclusive after hours tour of the Bytown Museum, from 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM. Led by a knowledgeable guide, this tour will include a visit to the Bytown’s recently unveiled special exhibition: What's in a Frame? 200+ Years of Community Portraits.
Then, get creative from 6:30 PM – 8 PM with a ‘historical life drawing’ edition of Sketchy Thursdays. During this plein air session, an OAG educator will guide participants through a series of timed sketches of a live model wearing historical costumes from the Bytown Museum’s collections.
This is a ticketed event. Register HERE.
Art materials will be provided.
