Easter at the Farm

Hop on over to the museum and celebrate the arrival of spring! Encounter newborn lambs, chicks, and ducklings, enjoy chocolate tastings, egg demonstrations, and family activities.

Event Details

• Dates: April 3–6, 2026 (Good Friday to Easter Monday)
• Hours: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Location: 901 Prince of Wales Drive, Ottawa
• Tickets: Advanced tickets required (including for Ingenium members). On sale starting March 11, 2026 at 9:30 AM.

Activities

• Meet newly-hatched chicks, ducklings, and rabbits
• Chocolate transformation demonstrations (7 sessions daily)
• "All About Eggs" learning station with egg grading
• Egg experiments and properties exploration
• Lamb and kid farm animal encounters
• Easter craft corner
• Groom a calf (9:30–11:00 AM, 1:30–3:00 PM)
• Family movie screenings

• Free passes are not available for this event
• Food trucks operate weather-dependent hours
